How do I access online help?
Online support, guidance, professional advice, & life coaching is offered by clicking on a counselor's name, and receiving responses by email.
How do I make an appointment in person?
An appointment for diagnostic assessment can be arranged within three working days of initial contact. Rescheduling can be arranged within two weeks of the original appointment. The clinical counselor will inform the potential client of policies, fee agreement, client rights and responsibilities prior to delivering any service.
What do I in the case of an emrgency?
When there is any concern about self-harm, persons should direct themselves to the nearest Emergency Room. Urgent needs, i.e., acute incidents or episodes resulting in rapid deterioration can be addressed within one working day. All inpatient discharges can be scheduled within seven working days.
